Why scheduling matters
Save time by setting your diffuser once and letting it run automatically. Control fragrance levels around events, business hours or your personal routine. Prevent wasted fragrance oil by avoiding unnecessary run times.
Adding your device
Nearby Device Control – quickly connect to a diffuser that is close to you. Add to a Location – organize your diffuser under a location (e.g., “Lobby” or “Office”) for more features and easier management.
Connecting your device
Once inside the ScentAir app, you have two ways to connect and manage your diffuser:. ✦ Using Nearby Devices
Wi-Fi vs. Bluetooth connections

Wi-Fi setup
Select Wi-Fi setup. Enter your Wi-Fi Name (SSID) and Wi-Fi Password exactly as shown on your router’s label (case sensitive). Tap Connect.
Bluetooth setup
Give your diffuser a name (e.g., “Lobby”). (Note: Bluetooth names must be 8 characters or fewer.). Confirm the correct location and tap Add Diffuser.

Scent intensity (ScentAir Direct & ScentAir Stream)
We control Scent Intensity by adjusting Scent Time and Scent Level.
Scent intensity (ScentAir Whisper PRO & ScentAir Whisper MAX)
We control/adjust Scent Intensity levels while in the Scent Schedule settings. The scent intensity setting you choose will run accordingly inside the start and end time of your scent schedule. If Low scent intensity settings are chosen from the hours
Key things to know
Up to 14 Wi-Fi schedules are available when connected via Wi-Fi .Up to 6 Bluetooth schedules can be saved on a single diffuser.All schedules are stored on the diffuser itself. This means your diffuser will keep running on schedule even if Wi-Fi drops
