My diffuser won't connect to the app
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on (for Bluetooth setup) and your phone is close to the diffuser.If using Wi-Fi, confirm your diffuser is connected to your network (indicated by a solid blue light on the bottom of the Whisper diffuser).Restart the diff
My schedules aren’t running
Double-check the diffuser’s time zone in the app — schedules follow the device’s clock.If using Wi-Fi, ensure your home/office router hasn’t changed network name (SSID) or password.If all else fails, delete the schedule and create it again.
Bluetooth connection keeps dropping
Stay within 30 feet of the diffuser with no large walls or appliances in between.Turn Bluetooth off and back on in your phone’s settings, then retry.Restart both your phone and diffuser if issues continue.
I’m getting weak scent or no fragrance output
Check your fragrance level in the app.Verify that the fragrance cartridge is installed correctly and not expended.Try running the diffuser on a higher setting for a few minutes to “prime” the system.
My diffuser isn’t showing up in the app
Make sure the diffuser is powered on and nearby.Try refreshing the “Nearby Devices” list.Restart the diffuser: unplug it for 10 seconds, then plug it back in and try adding it again.
My schedules disappeared
Make sure you signed into the same account.Check whether you’re viewing the correct location (diffusers saved under another location won’t show up).Schedules are stored on the diffuser — reconnecting should bring them back.
I changed Wi-Fi at home/office, now my diffuser won’t connect
If your network name (SSID) or password changed, you’ll need to re-add the diffuser in the app.In the device screen tap the settings cog, Tap connectivity and update your Wi-Fi credentials.
I’m not receiving app notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone’s system settings.Check that notifications are turned on in the diffuser’s location settings within the app. (The settings cog on the navigation bar > Diffuser Notifications)If using “Do Not Disturb,”
The app is running slowly or freezing
Close and reopen the app.Make sure you’re on the latest version of the app (check App Store / Google Play for updates).Restart your phone.
My diffuser won’t turn on
Check the power connection (plugged in fully, outlet working).Try a different power outlet or power cord.If still not powering on, contact support for assistance.
I need to reset my diffuser
Soft reset: unplug the diffuser for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Factory reset: hold the Fan Pause button on the bottom of the diffuser for 30 seconds.
