My diffuser won't connect to the appUpdated 4 days ago

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on (for Bluetooth setup) and your phone is close to the diffuser.
  2. If using Wi-Fi, confirm your diffuser is connected to your network (indicated by a solid blue light on the bottom of the Whisper diffuser).
  3. Restart the diffuser: unplug it for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
  4. Try reconnecting through the app.
