My diffuser won't connect to the appUpdated 4 days ago
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on (for Bluetooth setup) and your phone is close to the diffuser.
- If using Wi-Fi, confirm your diffuser is connected to your network (indicated by a solid blue light on the bottom of the Whisper diffuser).
- Restart the diffuser: unplug it for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Try reconnecting through the app.
