I’m not receiving app notificationsUpdated 23 days ago

  1. Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone’s system settings.
  2. Check that notifications are turned on in the diffuser’s location settings within the app. (The settings cog on the navigation bar > Diffuser Notifications)
  3. If using “Do Not Disturb,” allow exceptions for the ScentAir app.
