You must initiate a refund for your diffuser within 14 days of purchasing your order. 

You can start by visiting our Contact Form and selecting Refunds & Exchanges from the drop-down menu. Please include your order number and details about the item. Once you submit the form, our customer support team will contact you directly. 

Refund process

Once a member of the customer support team contacts you and issues your refund, the original payment method will automatically process a refund if the return is approved.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be returnable due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. Our refund policy, which can be found here, outlines these items.
