We’re confident you’ll love your ScentAir experience. If your diffuser isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help make things right.
If you purchased a consumer diffuser directly from ScentAir.com and decide it’s not right for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Refunds are available for the following diffuser models only:
- Whisper HOME
- Whisper PRO
Can I request a refund after 14 days?
Refund requests received after the 14-day window are not eligible.
Are fragrance products refundable?
Due to the nature of fragrance goods, all sales are final for the following items:
- Scent Cartridges
- Scent Samples
- Candles
- Reeds / Reed Sets
- Autos
- Bundles
