When will I be charged for my order?
Once you have submitted your order online, it will show as pending in your account, and within 1-2 business days it will show as processed.
Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box or military base?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases. Our carrier, FedEx, requires a street address for all deliveries. If you have included a P.O. Box address in your order, please contact our Customer Care team through email, chat or by calling 888-269-8
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
At this time, each order can only have one shipping address. However, you are welcome to place multiple orders with different shipping addresses. Please be advised that all orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.
Which countries do your online stores ship to?
We have online stores in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and France. Each online store will only ship to addresses within its country and orders must be paid in local currency.
What are the shipping fees?
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 shipped within the Contiguous United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10 within the Contiguous US. A flat rate of $40 applies to orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. O
