We offer tracking information via email for all orders on www.fedex.com, where our carrier provides the information about the location of your package. 

Once the package is delivered, the tracking status will show as "delivered" by the carrier and there should be a photo provided on the FedEx website. If the photo shown is not your location, if the package is missing, or if there is not a photo uploaded, please contact FedEx and put in a claim before reaching out to us. Once you have done that, contact us at [email protected] or 844-690-8807.
