Which products are excluded from promotional codes & discounts?Updated 4 days ago

Not all products are eligible for promotional codes or discounts. Below is a full list of excluded products and categories. 

Bundles 

Bundled products are already offered at a combined value price and are therefore excluded from all promotional codes and discounts. Promotional codes will not apply to bundles at any time, including during sale periods. 

Sample Packs 

Sample sets are excluded from all promotional codes and discounts. If your cart contains only sample packs your code will not apply. If your cart contains a mix of sample sets and eligible items, the discount will apply to eligible items only. 

Specialty Products 

Specialty products are excluded from promotional codes and discounts. These products are not included in sale periods and are always sold at full price. 

Sales & Already-Discounted Items 

Promotional codes cannot be applied to items that are already discounted during a promotional sale period. A promotional sale period is a time-limited sale event during which selected products are already reduced in price. No additional discount can be applied on top of an existing markdown.

Shipping & Taxes 

Promotional codes and discounts do not apply to shipping charges, taxes, or handling fees. These costs are excluded from any minimum order thresholds required to qualify for a promotion. 

Loyalty Points 

ScentAir Rewards points cannot be combined with promotional discount codes on the same order. Only one form of coupon code may be applied per transaction. ScentAir Rewards points can be used on the subtotal cart value during promotional sales and on full-price items including specialty products.
