What happens to my earned points if I return my order?Updated 16 days ago

Points earned on returned orders will be deducted from your account. Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer returns on the following items: Scent Cartridges, Scent Samples, Candles, Auto Fresheners, Infused Reeds, and Bundles. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
