How do I join and what are loyalty points?

How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, please make sure that you are logged into your account or create an account if you don't have one. Then when you proceed to checkout, you can use the slider tool to apply your points.
Can I earn points when checking out as a guest?
Yes, you can earn points when you checkout as a guest, and it will take 24-48 hours to reflect in your account. You will not be able to redeem them unless you are logged in or until you create an account if you don't have one.
How many points do I earn on purchases?
Points are earned with every purchase. Every 1 dollar spent earns 1 point. Achieving higher tiers allows for earning more points for every dollar spent.
Will my points expire?
Yes, loyalty points will expire after 6 months after earning them so be sure to use them before then!
How can I earn even more points?
Moving up in tiers allows you to earn even more points. The middle tier has an earning multiplier of 1.25 points for every dollar spent, and the top tier has an earning multiplier of 1.5 points for every dollar spent.
Can points be combined with other discount codes?
Promotional codes and ScentAir Rewards points cannot be combined on the same order. Only one form of discount, either a promotional code or ScentAir Rewards points, may be applied per transaction.
Can you make multiple reviews with pictures to earn more points?
Of course! The more reviews you leave, the more points you earn.
Can I redeem my rewards for cash?
You can redeem your rewards for discounts towards your purchase. Points hold no real cash value
Can I use all my points at once?
Yes, you are able to use your desired amount of points on a purchase.
When are birthday points awarded?
Your birthday present from ScentAir will hit your inbox on your birthday. Please make sure to include or add your birthday within your account information.
What if my birthday is within 30 days of submitting?
If your birthday is within 30 days of the date you enter your birthday you will receive the rewards points in 30 days. The following year the points will be rewarded on your birthday.
What happens to my earned points if I return my order?
Points earned on returned orders will be deducted from your account. Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer returns on the following items: Scent Cartridges, Scent Samples, Candles, Auto Fresheners, Infused Reeds, and Bundles. We are comm

To view your unused reward points, please follow these steps:. 1. Log into your account on our website or create an account if you don't already have one. 2. Go to the rewards page. 3. Click on the "Rewards History" butt
