Promotions and discounts, including free shipping offers, will be communicated on our website, through email, social media, and other direct marketing channels. 

In most cases, no action is required to receive a discount during a sale or promotion — eligible discounts are automatically applied to your cart at checkout. 

Applying a Discount Code 

Occasionally we offer coupon codes. To redeem a coupon code, follow these steps: 

1. At the Checkout Page,enter your promotional code in the "Apply Discount Code" field and click the "Apply Discount" button.
2. The discount will be applied to all eligible items in your cart and are reflected in your Cart Subtotal Order Summary before checkout is completed.
3. Please note that only qualifying items will be reduced in price. Items excluded from the promotion will remain at their original price.

Code Not Working? 

If your code is not applying correctly, please check the following: 

• Ensure the code has been entered correctly with nospaces.
• Confirm that the code has not expired.
• Check that your cartcontains eligible full-price items.
• Confirm that you do not have loyalty points already applied to the same order.
• If your cart contains a bundle or sample set, please note that promotional codes do not apply to these products. If your cart contains only bundles or sample sets, the code will not apply. If your cart contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible items, the discount will only be applied to the eligible items.
