Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions
Promotions are valid for US customers only unless otherwise specified. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $100 within the contiguous United States only. A flat rate of $40 applies to orders shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Offers are valid while supplies last. Prices as marked.
Eligible Items
Coupon and discount codes are valid on full-price, in-stock items currently available on our website only. Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order. Offers are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise specified. Promotions are intended for personal use only and are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated.
Product Exclusions
Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, handling charges, bundle products, specialty products including candles, infused reeds, autos, or sample packs. Promotional codes are not valid on bundle products or sample packs at any time, regardless of whether a promotional sale period is active.
Discount codes are not valid during promotional sale periods unless otherwise stated. A promotional sale period is a limited-time sale event running for a specified number of days, during which certain products are already reduced in price.
Minimum Order Requirements
Some promotions require a minimum order value to qualify. Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward the qualifying order amount. Only the subtotal of eligible items will be considered when determining whether the minimum threshold has been met.
How to Apply Your Code
Enter your promotional code in the "Apply Discount Code" field onat the Checkout Page, then click "Apply Discount." The discount will be automatically applied and reflected in your Cart Subtotal before checkout is completed. Prices and applicable shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Combining Offers
Promotional codes and ScentAir Rewards points cannot be combined on the same order. Only one form of discount, either a promotional code or ScentAir Rewards points, may be applied per transaction.
Loyalty Points
ScentAir Rewards points may be redeemed on both full-price and discounted items, including during active promotional sale periods. ScentAir Rewards points are also valid on specialty products. ScentAir Rewards points hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. ScentAir Rewards points will expire after 6 months of earned date.
Code Validity & Misuse
Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be resold, redeemed for cash, or redistributed. Codes obtained through unauthorized third-party sources will not be honored unless otherwise stated. ScentAir reserves the right to cancel or void any order where a code is suspected of having been misused, obtained fraudulently, or applied outside of its intended terms.
Prior Purchases
No price adjustments will be made on prior purchases. Codes cannot be applied retroactively and are not valid on exchanges or reorders.
Expiration & Modifications
All codes are subject to an expiration date as specified at the time of issue. Expired codes will not be honored under any circumstances. ScentAir reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
