Do the cartridges have to be used with a diffuser?
Yes, you will need our specially designed diffusers to use our fragrance cartridges, as they are not compatible with other diffusers or devices.
Which fragrance cartridges work with my Whisper PRO or Whisper HOME diffuser?
Whisper PRO diffusers require Whisper PRO cartridges, and Whisper HOME diffusers require Whisper HOME cartridges. The two are not interchangeable. Each cartridge is specifically designed to work with its corresponding diffuser for optimal performance
What is the shelf life of a Whisper PRO or Whisper HOME fragrance cartridge?
All Whisper cartridges are plastic-sealed before shipping to preserve freshness. Unopened, they have a shelf life of up to 6 months, so stocking up is always a good idea.
How long do Whisper PRO and Whisper HOME fragrance cartridges last?

How do I replace a fragrance cartridge in Whisper PRO or Whisper HOME diffusers?
Swapping a cartridge is quick and easy. Unplug the adapter from the DC port, lift the lid, and remove the old cartridge. Drop in the new one, replace the lid, and plug the adapter back in. That's it! Your diffuser is ready to go.
Are the cartridges refillable?

Can I return a fragrance cartridge if I don’t like it?
