What is a Scent Event and how do I create a new one?Updated 4 days ago

Users can schedule unique Scent Events with different intensities and modify scheduled Events.

Scent Event - The moment(s) when the fragrance is diffused. You can set an Event by choosing the Occurrence (the range of time your machine will run), Day(s) of the Week, and Frequency your machine will run.

Frequency - Controls the fragrance intensity during a Scent Event. There are 3 options to select from: Low, Medium, and High. Greater frequency means greater fragrance intensity.

Please note the fan on your diffuser doesn't run constantly - it runs intermittently:

Low = device will run in 40 second increments, a total of 10 minutes per
hour (pause LED will blink once)

• Medium = device will run in 1 minute 20 seconds increments, a total of 20
minutes per hour (pause LED will blink twice)

• High = device will run in 2 minutes increments, at total of 30 minutes per
hour (pause LED will blink three times)

✦ Why Scheduling Matters

  • Save time by setting your diffuser once and letting it run automatically.
  • Control fragrance levels around events, business hours, or your personal routine.
  • Prevent wasted fragrance dispersion by avoiding unnecessary run times.

✦ Key Things to Know

  • Up to 14 Wi-Fi schedules are available when connected via Wi-Fi .
  • Up to 6 Bluetooth schedules can be saved on a single diffuser.
  • All schedules are stored on the diffuser itself. This means your diffuser will keep running on schedule even if Wi-Fi drops out.
  • You can create multiple schedules as long as they don’t overlap.

✦ Pro Tips for Scheduling

  • Match your routine → Example: Run fragrance from 8 AM – 6 PM on weekdays for an office, and weekends only at home.
  • Use multiple schedules → Example: A stronger fragrance during peak hours, and a lighter scent in the evenings.
  • Seasonal flexibility → Set different schedules for winter vs summer when doors and windows are open more often.
  • Check time zones → Make sure your diffuser location has the correct time zone set so schedules activate at the right time.
